Mobilaris is under current expansion. 2020 is going to be a big year with new launches and more international customers. During this year, Mobilaris is going to recruit at least 30 new colleagues.
On January 23, Mobilaris arranges the event +30 Tech & Talent Session at the Clarion Hotel in Luleå. The event consists of seminars and a recruitment part. The seminars are set up to share knowledge with future co-workers and other interests. The themes are new technology, innovation and how to succeed with international sales.
Since 1999, digital decision-support systems from Mobilaris have made mines, authorities and industries around the world safer and more productive. Now, the journey continues with a major recruitment procedure to the headquarters in Luleå.
- We are certain that 2020 is going to be our biggest year yet. More customers, partners and deals mean that we also must strengthen our team. That is the background for +30 Tech & Talent Session, and the core is our expansion plans is made of knowledge and competence, says Mikael Nyström, CEO at Mobilaris.
+30 Tech & Talent Session is a free event for all tech enthusiasts. The first half of the day consists of seminars and after lunch there will be time for pre-booked and drop-in job interviews.
- By pre-booking, you receive a predetermined time slot and you are guaranteed an answer within 24 hours after you interview. We recommend everybody to pre-book their interview as soon as possible, continues Mikael Nyström.
The advertised positions include project managers, solution developers and international sales. For Mobilaris, the priority is not only a matter of competence, but on the personality and mentality.
- We have a lot of open positions and for us the most important thing is the person behind. Mobilaris believes in building a strong team with trust amongst each other. Without trust there can be no teamwork, and without teamwork there is no innovation, finishes Mikael Nyström.
